Mr. Ice has sent his huge monster minions to seize his former minion, now in the hands of Capitol City's police. The police enforcers are not match for Mr.Ice superior creatures and in question of seconds they're surrounded by freak enemies. Everything seems to be lost but then... Someone enter in scene!
