Sorry about that...felt a little under the weather late last night and went to sleep a little early.

Hello everybody...today, part 3 of Night Moves debuts in the member's section here at MCComix.

Before I get rolling with the update description, a bit of a problem...one page had unexpected issues with it that were discovered during the upload process. When the page (p. 88) has been corrected, I'll upload it to the site and note it here.

Justice Woman and Gallant Girl have returned to Karo City and questions abound as to where they've been. Even so, they look to resuming fighting crime in Karo City but is that the right move for them and their friend/colleague Plastique? Elsewhere, a new figure makes her presence known in an unexpected manner....and she may prove to be more than a match for anyone she encounters.

Thanks! Uzobono is a great artist and a real asset to brainstorm with as the story unfolds. As you see in this update, lots of story yet to be told...

Fuck this is awesome! Speechless. Loving the banter between Justice Woman and Gallant Girl.

Reunion was sweet, liked they didn't have any memory of what happened. That gonna ever be explained?

Plastique's addiction is growing on me, fucking hot so far. Milk's affecting her powers I assume?

Really speechless at Jennifer's cameo, and Miss Tricks. One of the best comics I've read in years, even mainstream.

Her device was hot. Really unique mc there, great to see that.

Jennifer's conversion (and her assistants) is the first MC I have no moral qualms with... the slaver became a slave... karma strikes back or something like that

I'll echo with saying that Jennifer's conversion was a delight, it's just flat out a pleasant surprise . This whole issue was just a great read, and topping out at 50 pages, wow, you guys are on fire! So much to reflect on, not the least of which is the mystery of Justice Woman and Gallant. Plastique's character pushes a lot of the right buttons here, she's coming along really nicely. And the piece de resistance, Miss Tricks, what a character. A cult leader who specializes in S&M slaves? I'll echo the above saying I don't know where you guys come up with this stuff but it's spectacular. The descriptions, the scenes, which have gotten just more involved and better over time, referencing Jennifer's hazy view of Miss Tricks here, the comic just clicks in all the right places, just superb.

The concept for Miss Tricks came up early in the Night Moves forming stages....right after I decided to move the arc from a short one in length to a more detailed one. As you saw in her dialog and actions, she's an equal opportunity woman...no one is beyond her range of drawing into her fold...

Glad you enjoyed this update!...many of the questions you raised will be addressed in one form or another by the end of the arc.

Jennifer's role in this update was something I thought would go over well...Uzo suggested it during the writing process and I think it was a stroke of genius.

Miss Tricks is a villainess that is like others in Karo City's dark side but unique. Others want to control with their techniques (dollifying, droning, etc.) whereas Tricks wants her followers to retain their thinking albeit singularly focused.

I think fleshing her out will make her even better as a character...

Can't promise a huge page count every update...but I hope they'll be entertaining the readers here.
