Victory City is on an interdimensional rift that makes it vulnerable to Malanga City and other threats. The city is basically on the verge of being overrun by villains all the time, and it's only because of the heroes that protect it that it has stayed free of supervillain domination.
Good answer!! I just wanted to get a idea on how you see the Heroines and Victory City. I know a lot times the reader will see the story or the heroine different than the artist intended. For me, I know your going to say these are stories about mind controlling heroines. That being said, In the short scenes when you show how powerful, smart, or skilled the heroines are, a comment will be made that the heroines are very powerful or have vast powers or can anything challenge the heroines. I don't know if it was your intention, as least I don't think so, but a lot times the heroines don't come out looking very smart or very skilled at being heroines, meaning they don't seem very skilled at their craft. Most of the time the villains have no superpowers or they are a lot less powerful than the heroines, but they always beat the more powerful heroines. As Least for me it has been hard to think of the heroines as being smart or skilled, prime examples being Ishtar and Brickhouse both are very powerful. But they always lose to lesser foes. It seems that most of the time they both have the power to overcome the villain, but their lack of skill or lack of smarts, leads to their enslavement by a lesser foe. I only asked those questions from the last comments I posted to get your view on how you see your heroes. Your stories are really good and the artwork is very good, but the villains are so much more skilled at using their limited powers or the tech they have, the villains are much smarting than the heroes, the villains are very skilled at their craft, but i struggle with seeing these heroines as being very competent.
