Dear admin:
Can you please tell me why I can't download a file to the card like I used to. It doesn't work in the free zone, let alone anywhere else. Have you all disabled this?
Please advise.

This is what I get:


"Authentication Failure
Your change cannot be completed due to a loss of session data. Please try again. If it still doesn't work, try logging out and logging back in."

It sounds like an issue related to the recent server move. It's possible some of that data was attached to the old server. I wish I knew that for sure, but when jpeger gets the time I'm sure he'll look into it. In the meantime, sorry for the inconvenience!

Just wanted to let you know you are not alone.

But I have gotten this message previously(pre-upgrade) so it may be some other issue.

But I am seeing a different error:

Platform Error


An error has occurred while interacting with the platform.
