I purchased a membership of the website yesterday. Then I went to members area, but there were still some albums missed, such as Queen's Reign: Chapter 2. It asked me to login to watch those albums and I did it . However I fail to login with my account. I remember that I have sign a account in 2009 or 2010 using the same username. Is that the problem? And also I can't use the recover system since I didn't set a email before. I found some old posts saying that some albums were cleaned up, is that the reason why I can not see many albums?
