Mtech had arrived on Earth, using a local health clinic as cover they start to convert unsuspecting people. The doctor's research to make the perfect MTECH drone with Officer Anna has ended in failure, with her mind rejecting the reprogramming the doctor must find out the source of the problem. Using his own mental powers to keep Anna in check, the doctor makes her sit in the mind probe a machine so powerfull that it can remove everything from the subjects mind ... FOREVER!
