But before any of them could do anything...Clown King set his evil plan in motion...pressing a button on his clown scepter...causing rockets to shoot out from the middle of the huge float. They exploded in the air...releasing thousands of his special aphrodisiac/narcotic snowflakes on the crowds of people lining the parade route...as well as the uniformed police officers and the musicians in the marching bands with the parade.

On cue...speaker boxes on the float...played his now favorite Christmas carol.

"Oh, the weather outside is frightful
But the fire is so delightful
And since we've no place to go

Man it doesn't show signs of stopping
And I brought me some corn for popping
The lights are turned way down low
