Amp Girl and Azul Volt handily deal with crooks in a warehouse but find that their fellow heroine Justina has gone missing. Even as the two go looking for their friend, they are unaware that Justina has fallen into the clutches of the lascivious Controller King. See what happens in this installment of Time Is Up.
