Earth found out that it was not alone in the universe when the Takirans came knocking and subsequently conquered the world in a mere handful of days. The Takirians ruled with impunity beyond a handful of rebel groups that were at this point minor nuisances. Mzra Myla was quite pleased with the outcome but for one failure. They had failed to capture Doctor Francine Hill, who had been researching Multi-Universal theory and been developing the M.U.D. (Multi-Universe Device) to open up portals to other universes... that was before the invasion. Fran disappeared with her lover and assistant Airi and had been one step ahead of the Takirans for some time... but ... that had changed... and desperation can drive a woman to do things she would not normally to do...and no one could call Fran Hill squeamish in the face of adversity... now Earth has a new champion....

So begins Verses...
