Hi everyone...sorry for being late...r/l issues got in the way.

All the criminal masterminds are meeting at an impromptu summit to presumably decide how to control the city and deal with potential problems. However, they are unaware that the meeting has been arranged by an adversary determined to eliminate their menacing approaches, no matter the cost.
