Jane has a problem she is madly in love with the Director and she isn't sure to tell him. Robert has a problem threats to the Department and most especially to his friend the Director are popping up all over the place. Fiona is launching her plans to rid the world of the Department of Public Health for good, and she doesn't care who she hurts in the process. Of course the Department has the Joy Brigade to bring Joy to it's employees and the planet at large.
