The first step of his villainous plan is to recover his legendary Tools of Power: The Sword of Discrimination, The Baton of Energy, The Cup of Emotion, and The Coin of Wealth. But with his magic powers weakened, he needs new minions who support his evil cause and the first of them will be... Vultura!
