Gilbert Petto, Metrobay’s foremost toymaker, has enlisted the help of his former student Ted Twiss to create the ultimate female robot companion. Tagging along for the ride is L.I.S.A., who knows a little something about how to create a living doll – because she is one herself!

Meanwhile, back at Squad Headquarters, Mechana and Omega Woman are going toe-to-toe in what was supposed to be a friendly sparring session. But one of the two HATES to lose… care to guess which one?
