The teenage boy had no idea that Akula Mutombo was secretly the mighty Gorilla Woman...who was totally helpless...having fallen once again into a clever trap set by her arch enemies. As Joe drove back to his modest apartment in the Cite Oasis district of Kinshasa to process and email his photos to make the next day's edition of the Daily Congo...the police ambulance carrying his captured and unconscious secret superheroine girlfriend arrived at the high-walled and well-fortified compound at Mt Amba which housed the Neuro-Psycho-Psychological Center.

The ambulance drove right up to the front entrance of the asylum...Waiting there to receive them were the Center's Director...DOCTOR GUY MALENGRU...a 75-year-old Frenchman...who was regarded as the best psychological mind in the medical and scientific community of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

With him was his brawny chief orderly...a dim-witted Congolese thug named EEILIO...a former member of the Rasta Militia whose mind had become warped by marijuana and ended up at the center.  Through the efforts of Malengru...supported covertly by the Contessa and the Count...the French psychiatrist managed to get him released and he was now part of a corrupt group of staff at the center that worked for the coop being used by the Contessa and Count to profit from the Rasta Militia's marijuana trafficking operations in the Democratic of Congo
