I was wondering if one of you talented guys or gals would do me a huge favor that I could never possibly return. I would love to help write a story with one of you about a clown villain. He has something like the Joker's Smilex, but transforms women into bimbo clowns, and evil on top of that.

That is the premise. IF there are no takers, I certainly understand. But at least consider it?

Have you read this story before? It's an older story by Akonkid that might fit the bill in a few ways.
