LISA is on a mission to collect three prized beauties for a grand experiment - the construction of an ultimate companion for her creator, Gilbert Petto. But she has been ordered NOT to include the greatest catch of all – the one and only Ms. Metrobay – much to her chagrin. So when LISA enlists the help of her ‘twin’ to track down Omega Woman, Ms. Metrobay has to be sent on her merry way, but with a robotic hypnotic suggestion still burned into her brain. In a place like Metrobay the most beautiful woman in town can get into a LOT of trouble in such a suggestible state, so she’s lucky that Mechana is around to take care of her… right?

Hi doc!

If LISA is showed caring about how to transport without money by my comments, thank you! If not, please forgive my ego. I loved seeing her transported by Omega Woman.

Speaking of her, I’m ashamed of myself. All those wrong things that I wrote about Omega Woman some weeks ago. You were right Doc, if I have known all the truth, I would have not said that.

Automatic response? That´s normal in an human, but an advanced robot like MECHANA should know better than argue that excuse. Really one thing is that MECHANA needs sex to function, but this is ridiculous!

Now that I think about it, LISA is taking a more proactive approach to the business of being human that MECHANA. She (it?) doesn’t seem to live in a state of perpetual confusion with humans.

But the best part is always seeing MECHANA in action with Robo Kelly. Talking about that, how doesn’t MECHANA, being an advanced robot and everything, realize that Kelly is not a robot? I understand that a human can not notice because the passion, but a robot?

Poor Ted Twist, certainly his lab is not the best place to be if you’re an ex villain trying to redeem yourself. Think of basketball Ted!
Could this mean the fall of LISA’s plans?

Ah yes, I think you must have wrote: “I am programmed over six million forms of physical pleasure”.

Great job and even more! Every tale with MECHANA having sex is one of my favorites!

As Col. Smith famously said, “I love it when a plan comes together.” Well, in this chapter of “The Lonely Man”, this plan is coming together beautifully! LISA has ensnared three of the kindest, sweetest, most noble women in Metrobay – who all happen to be insanely hot – to contribute their physical and mental traits to Gilbert’s ‘ultimate companion’ project. Now all she needs to do is gather them together in Gilbert’s workshop, and get down to business!

Thanks Hector! I'll try to answer your comments as best I can:

- No need to apologize about your previous comments. Everything is entitled to their opinion. As long as your criticism is fair, then by all means let me have it!

- If you'll look back to page 39 you'll see that I sewed the seeds of Mechana's honest mistake by noting that her eyes weren't working properly. It was a subtle foreshadow for sure, but it was there.

- I'm glad to see that you like Mechana. She's one of my favorites as well, but woefully underused. I'll try to correct that in future stories!

What’s up doc!

Thanks for your kind answer!

If I must tell you the truth, I don’t consider MECHANA is woefully underused. For all the robots in Metrobay, he has a lot of appearances. I would say that “woefully underused” applies to any Grrrl Power member who is not Snowflake, any Action Kat who is not Pink Pussycat or Kitten, Any West sister that is not Kelly, any fembot that is not Bambi, any villain who is not Max, Belinda, Babydoll or Madam Minx. Personally I don’t mind, because all these are my favorite characters too. But if you want to give even more spotlight to MECHANA, by all means, do it! Preferabilly facing a swimming / gimnastic / supermodel team of mind controlled beauties that have orders to subdue her with sex!

And just another question about issue 10: Why MECHANA does desire a master like Ted Twist? She is looking at Ted, and Ted did not take advantage of Robo Kelly. In that matter, he is much like Marcy, isn’t he? Maybe I’m not seeing the whole picture, hereby my question.

Thanks Doc!

Hector.

Using Lillian's face? Why do I forsee a trip to the Uncanny Valley coming for Mr. Petto very soon?

For those of you not aware of the reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uncanny_valley

Hi Doc

I agree with MacroLass: when LISA says Mr. Petto will be surprised when his new companion resembles his deceased mate, she might be unto something: I only hope is not the kind of surprise that give you a hearth attack.

Seriously, LISA’s only excuse is that she is a robot, this plan she is pulling of is so wrong in so many levels to poor Petto, I cannot imagine how will he react.

Keep up the good work

Heh. Good catch on the uncanny valley reference. That will actually factor into interactions between Gilbert and his doll down the road.

As for LISA, I think there's a possibility that all of those personality fragments bumping around in her brain are starting to have an adverse effect on her logic circuits. Perhaps her idea of obedience has been twisted (pun intended) by the personalities of some of the women that she has been exposed to? Hard to say.

I think it's a possibility that as time goes on LISA's single-minded focus on serving her master will start to become uncomfortable for Ted and others. How he deals with that is another story for another day.

Well, this is it. The entire story has been building to this moment. While Gilbert Petto sleeps, the obedient android known as LISA has traveled throughout Metrobay collecting beautiful female ‘specimens’ who will donate their unique traits to create the ultimate companion doll. Now it is time for those traits to be assembled, and for the new creation to come to life!

Hi there Doc Robo!

I just loved this issue, it reminded me of the creation of Mechana, but this time with a lot more subjects.

I really loved the Uncanny valley reference on page 8.

I really don’t know what poor Mr. Petto will think of all this, but I am eager to found out.

Thanks for the good work

Hector.

All is quiet in The Dollmaker’s workshop. The fourth ‘living doll’ has finally been created, specifically designed to be the ultimate companion for a kind and lonely old man. So what’s her name? And more importantly, is she up to the task of faithfully serving her master however he desires?

I like TORI. She has a wholesome sexiness to her, as if you could believe she really was based on somebody's sexy wife. Very interesting. It's almost as if she is S.A.R.A.'s mom!
